Welcome to Elite Greece Travels. By booking a tour, travel service, or experience through our website, payment links, proposals, invoices, or direct communication channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Elite Greece Travels offers curated tours, private experiences, tailor-made itineraries, transportation arrangements, travel planning services, and related travel experiences within Greece.
Service details, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and itinerary information are outlined on the relevant tour page, proposal, quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment, as specified in the booking confirmation, invoice, or written agreement.
All payments are processed securely.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Elite Greece Travels reserves the right to cancel pending reservations if payment deadlines are not respected.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms, refund conditions, non-refundable deposits, payment schedules, and operational policies are outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Clients are strongly advised to review this policy carefully before proceeding with any booking or payment.
4. Changes to Itineraries & Services
Elite Greece Travels reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to itineraries, schedules, routes, accommodations, transportation methods, meeting points, or included services due to:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Supplier availability
Operational requirements
Government restrictions
Port authority decisions
Strikes
Force majeure circumstances
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, alternative arrangements of similar value or experience may be offered.
5. Role & Liability
Elite Greece Travels acts as an independent travel arranger, coordinator, and intermediary.
The actual travel services, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, cruises, guided tours, activities, ferries, transfers, restaurants, and third-party experiences, are provided and operated by independent suppliers and service providers.
Each supplier remains solely responsible for the execution, operation, and safety of the services they provide.
Elite Greece Travels does not directly own or operate transportation companies, hotels, cruise vessels, activity providers, or accommodation facilities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Greece Travels shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Loss or theft
Delays
Missed connections
Supplier failures
Operational disruptions
Weather-related issues
Force majeure events
Government actions
Third-party negligence
Indirect or consequential damages
except in cases of proven gross negligence directly attributable to Elite Greece Travels.
Any compensation, where applicable, shall in no case exceed the total amount paid directly to Elite Greece Travels for the specific booking in question.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Delays and interruptions
Force majeure events
Personal belongings
Transportation disruptions
Elite Greece Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and travel information
Holding valid passports, visas, and required travel documents
Arriving on time at designated meeting points and departure locations
Following instructions provided by guides, drivers, suppliers, or operational staff
Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of service without refund.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
By proceeding with a reservation, payment, or deposit, you confirm that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and any accompanying travelers.
9. Written Agreements
Any special request, amendment, exception, refund arrangement, rescheduling agreement, or additional service is valid only if confirmed in writing by Elite Greece Travels.
Verbal discussions or informal conversations do not constitute binding agreements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising in connection with services provided by Elite Greece Travels shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
