Elite Greece Travels shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or any incident arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of third-party service providers, except in cases of proven gross negligence directly attributable to Elite Greece Travels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Elite Greece Travels shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.

Elite Greece Travels shall not be responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, force majeure events, government actions, or operational decisions made by third-party providers.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
